- July 17, 2026Corrected how Wyatt McClean took office: he was appointed to fill a vacancy in December 2024, not elected. The El Toro Water District Board appointed Wyatt McClean to a vacant director seat at its Special Board Meeting on December 6, 2024 (Motion by Director Gaskins, seconded by Director Havens; unanimous 4-0 roll call: Freshley, Havens, Gaskins, Monin; Oath of Office administered by GM Dennis Cafferty at ~5:00 p.m. the same day).
